Baltic Touring Car Championship and WSS World Sim Series Launch Virtual BMW Turbo Cup
The Baltic Touring Car Championship (BaTCC) is excited to announce its collaboration with WSS World Sim Series to organize a virtual introduction season for the all-new BMW Turbo Cup. This marks the beginning of a thrilling new class set to debut in the 2025 BaTCC season.
The BMW Turbo Cup promises to bring exhilarating competition to the championship, with more than 10 cars expected to line up on the grid in its inaugural year—a remarkable achievement for a first season. This new category is anticipated to be an exciting and logical continuation of the highly successful BMW 325 Cup, further enriching the BaTCC racing landscape.
The virtual BMW Turbo Cup season is set to commence tomorrow, February 27, 2025, with a fiercely competitive field. Early lap times indicate an incredibly tight battle, with the gap between the first and the 20th position being less than 0.7 seconds.
Just like in real life, Meilands Racing has also prepared their racing car for the competition, bringing their expertise and passion to the virtual track.
